Went down to my garage yesterday to get the bikes for my trip to Afan and realized some bastard had stolen all my bikes except the two that were in the house!

They even stole my sons wooden balance bike? WTF!

So its been an awesome trip to Wales with my wife and son on shitty hire bikes and trailer that looks like it might fall to pieces any minute.

Gutted!

Yeh, its not been fun. Well if I am honest they cleared my garage out! They even stole my mates boxes that he was storing there, while he is in France. Clothes, TV, Laptop, his life really!

They walked away with shit loads.

The crazy thing is, you don't realize how much you have, until somebody loads it up in their van.

The worst thing is they stole my mates bike, which all the guys from Essex Herts built when he got cancer! Dunno who it was harder to tell - him or my son.

Have you checked on here?
http://bikeshd.co.uk/
My mate had his bike nicked recently right before he left for uni (£700 Spesh racer) and he saw it on here, called the guy pretending to buy and got it back eventually. The police wouldn't do anything so he ended up with a black eye and a bit of a fight but he got it back. They check for bikes appearing on ebay and gumtree and stuff. I hope it helps :)

Bikes were locked to the wall. They must have arrived with a Van, because they loaded loads of stuff! Literally my entire garage.

I have insurance and the Loss Adjuster will be out on Weds, so lets see what he says??

I am watching Gumtree and Ebay, but the police reckon they often just sell the bikes for scrap metal!!! Its apparently easier and less chance of getting caught! I find it hard to believe, but I guess he knows better than me?

I keep thinking of stuff that they got and the latest is all my tools!

I dread the chat I am gonna have to have with the loss adjuster. "Um, yes Mr Loss Adjuster, it does sound expensive, but ..........."

I will post pics as soon as I get back in london
