LOL we've all done that kind of thing, there's just one elusive one left for me at danbury, the one where Ev came off on sunday, i roll up to it each time, shake my head and think i know i can do it! if it was part of a course or in a trail in wales i would probably not even hesitate:?

Love this...I did this on Friday at Woburn, I've jumped bigger but had a mental block on this one. After an hour doing just that I managed to do it then spilled the landing, hurting my shoulder and knee... Got straight up and did it 3x more

Ha..dont worry..I know where you mean..and me too........Ive done far steeper/sxcarier stuff in Morzine/Les Gets but they are on steep runs where you really cant stop/chicken out, you just have to stick with it and of course 99% of the time its fine, in fact the only real spills I had were where I hesitated (or when my tyre fell off !)

I think what it is for me is that i'm scared of heights and Danbury is where i cut my teeth as it were MTBing, so this was the first obsticle that scared me.
Since then i've been up mountins both on MTB and Snowboarding etc and pretty much ok. its just this one. I will nail it

I did one area at Danbury where that lad was whipping of that jump.. we went down last... I really thought I was going to do that one before EV stacked it... Oh and seeing that girl do it in front of us... made it worse...

Last time there(which was my 1st) I was bricking it when creeping up to the edge of those. Once I just said to myself 'f**k it' and rolled in I was chuffed that it actually felt easy and then was able to move on to going faster so I could have more fun exiting the other side...

Shame I messed up that instance on Sunday and made you pause, not giving it a go, but we'll nail it next time ;)
