Looking to do a couple of hours at Aston on Saturday. Kiwi Chilli might even be making an appearance. Should be there from 10 if anyone fancies it. Should be a dry dust bowl, so fun slidy riding.

might do some gentle epping ride to keep things flexible

Arghh, !! Got plans Sat and cant make it.

Decided to finally tweak the Spesh Enduro by slacking the headangle after great session at Danbury with Trax on Sunday, simple job just undo bolts, slide the stanchions, redo bolts so looking to give ride asap to check it out (Jon - you must have been at Woburn Saturday just gone?)

Joost - how bad is the shoulder mate and how did you do it (drinking games?) !!

I wish it was a drinking game! Used it to reduce the cycle speed from 50km/h-ish to zero
thanks to the armour only damaged ac joint, nothing broken but the position of the collar bone changed a bit and is introducing an extra lump
it still hurts but should be back on the bike soon.

Join me joost in the world on injury whilst the trails are bone dry.

Two metacarpels is no where as near as important and i was probably doing more like 20km/h, but in my defence I still managed to pretty mangle them up.

Hope you heal soon

Until then join me in my second hobby - drinking beer, drinking wine and eating cheese!

Fun! : wicked descents, nice views. lots of food&drinks,
the downside was that it was a bit hot with 30+ degrees and it still includes 1000meters of climbing ;-)
