The genteral rule of thumb is the front needs to be more argressive/bigger tread pattern/softer compound in the center and side tread as it does the steering, the rear can be less aggressive/small thread pattern/harder compound. The rear can be slide a little bit with being a problem if you feel comfortable with that happening. I have been running hans damp front and rock razer rear for a a while, this won't suit everyone as the rear is very slick. If you are happy with the current set up stick with it =)
