I'm hoping to get out there this Sunday but I fear it'll be snowing, I don't mind riding in the snow if anyone wants to take on the hill with me. This week is sunny and so the conditions on Sunday should be ideal.

I don't mind trying other places that aren't as full of clay terrain as Aston, does anyone know any other areas that'll be nice?

I'm on a Giant Glory (White and blue) going all-guns-blazing, screaming down the hill...

Aston can be easier this time of year when its really cold the goop freezes and is crusty as it melts, defiantly a challenge in snow though! I'm up for a bit of a bash on Sunday regardless of weather - as long as I can drive up the hill!

Think I may have seen you there on the 22nd? If it was you, my mate overhead you talking at the push up 'rest stop' mentioning the bargin price for the glory, you got a deal there! On their facebook page it seems there is also a dig day happening Sunday but not sure on the procedure for that though, looks like you just turn up?

Yea, that's what I'm thinking too, nice and firm on the track. I think, if any, its going to be a light snow fall..

Does it say they're working on the main tracks (4x, black, red etc) on Sunday ?

Yea, that's me. I know its a bargain, still love it. Changed my brakes over from my xc ride so its better now.

I'm sure I'll fit them both in my civic, I've done two XC bikes in there with loads of room. I can meet you in Borehamwood no probs man, its just down the A1.
