Chapman, I too ride from chelmsford along the river to danbury and I'm going tomorrow whatever the weather. The loop around chelmsford sounds good so would be cool to join you on that although my bike and body are better suited going downhill rather than up lol

LOL the chelmsford loop is almost flat, just a little hill going upto Sandon from Hylands side, then a downhill bit (be it a road section until the trails dry up a bit more :lolno: )

They have just also totally cleared the canal tow path now along towards blackwater, stripped and widened the track now :o :o :o no more eating the tree branches and squeezing past the dog walkers, should be able to get a good Strava section now

Hi I ride Danbury every Sunday and some eves. Would love to have someone to ride with as I always seem to go on my own.

If you see me down there I'll be on a norco sight with upgrades

Not for a couple of weeks while it heals, hopefully back on bike soon. Not being able to ride tis a fate worse than death

I broke my collar bone up Danbury nearly 2 weeks ago and not being on the bike feels like someone has cut my legs off
