Hi all,

I'm, Dominic Naylor, I live near, Shenfield.

I use my mountain bike a few times every week, and like 'Cross-country (XC)' biking and running.

I currently have a 'Giant Yukon FX2', which I have done up a bit (forks, Saddle, handlebar grips, pedals). Its surprisingly quite a good bike off-road, but a bit tough on-raod, all though I did do the 'BHF London to Brighton' bike ride in a decent time (once I got going I couldn't stop lol). I wanted to do the "BHF London to Brighton 'off-road'" course, but couldn't due to an exam , hopefully next year.
