Hi All.
Just registered.
Am a middle aged keen cyclist, last few years doing more MTB - mainly bridleways/small woods like hylands park, swan woods in stock etc
Am looking for some good trails around chelmsford and keen on Danbury but not sure where to go/start etc - same with Langdon Hills/Hainult Forest
Also be good to have some cycling buddies as generally a lone MTB-er....
Been to Epping (very muddy and got completely lost) and also Thorndon CP.
Got an OK hardtail and all the safety/repair gear.
Happy for any tips/advice/group rides etc.

There's a few of Locals who ride danbury and surrounding area fairly regularly.
There's an official one on a Tuesday starting at 18:00 i believe from Chelmer cycles or we tend to meet at the Cricketers on a Wednesday night, but its usually last minute timings because of work
