Hey all, trying to get back into mtb after a long while away. Will be doing at least one of the london to brighton rides this year, thinking of doing the new offroad one
Need to get fit though as i only play golf and that doesn't really help my fitness haha. Would love to come out with some of you guys in a few weeks when im more up to it, doing 25k a day on an excersive bike and getting out at least twice a week at the mo. Starting to feel a difference after only a couple of weeks. I have 2 Marins, one trusty 1998 nail trail and a 2010 palisades, will no doubt need some upgrades as the palisades is stock at the mo. Any advice welcome
