Hi all

I have just been directed to this site and forum so will be having a good look around over the next few days.

I'm a 51 year old who still enjoys getting out on the trails now and then.... I ride a Specialized enduro elite 06. I am quite unfit, but still enjoy the thrill of mtb'ing.

I was hoping to be a little fitter this year and had started quite a strict riding programme in January (after a bit of a lay off), until February that is when I was in colision with a nice young lady in her Fiesta

Anyway after shoulder reconstruction surgery... I was back on the bike in early August.... and about a stone heavier than when I started back in Jan :D

So its onwards and upwards, I am still a little wary about the shoulder incase I have an off and prank it again...but then I guess thats all part of the thrill.

All the best

Dave

Thanks for the offer, but by bike is in the shop having its brakes sorted out.... I was hoping to have it back by now but the guy who is looking at it is real busy at the moment.

I will check in again when I have the bike back.
