Hi all. I've lived within a stone's throw of Epping Forest for about six years and know it pretty well. Its not that big after all

Rediscovered cycling about five years ago and have been hammering around the tracks ever since; although I'm mostly a roadie I like to get muddy now and again and a bit of night riding and scaring the squirrels is fun too.

Current bike is a Boardman CX - say hello if you see a chubby lad at the bacon hut!
