Yeah went for a demo day a few years ago, great for beginner/intermediate XC. Might be some more challenging areas but we had to stick to the demo loop so not 100%. There was a jump area, a few smallish jumps and a bit of slippery shore as it was similar time of year, so worth a few mins mucking about but I wouldn't go for exclusivley that (unless it's been improved) definatly more of a XC place. There is a visitors centre with basic hire bikes for family riding on the fire tracks. Lots of signs marking trails and maps avalible.
