So part 2... loop 2

Thanks to Remi I've now got the proper GPX sorted and in my phone

From what we saw and rode of it the other weekend it looks like it should be good. Similar sort of thing to the first loop.

If we go for the same sort of start time and stop for lunch somewhere on the loop we should be done by early to mid afternoon.

22 miles .... no hills worth mentioning ;)

Personally.... I can't wait :D although I think I'll miss out riding Swinley the day before this time :lolno:

Express your interest etc below ;)

Yeah, I was wondering when this is coming. Can we make it a bit longer if we doing this one only? I can add few more WP.

Also, we need to add that steep DH bit with steps. It was not in the original loop because we got lost...but I think I know where it is.

I think the downhill bit with the steps was on the route, it's part of the North Downs way ?? Could be wrong though

Only thing is we would be going up rather than down.... if we ride the loop in the right direction ;)

When we get to the top you could always ride back down that bit if you want.... I'll wait at the top for you.

We do get to ride down that near vertical climb on the way up to the motorway crossing though :wtf:

More miles.... Bedgebury maybe ???

Those steps led us to the Pilgrims Way where we should have been, not long before we got to the roundabout over M20. I remember there was a long wall on the left.

Bedgebury sounds good, we should have time after 1 loop.

Bugger...I just realised that I have London to Brighton that evening. If we can change it the week after that would be great, otherwise I will have to skip it.

Happy to move the date as the 13th is looking tricky.... I'm off on holiday from the following weekend for a couple of weeks though.

How does the 10th or 17th of August work???

Must admit that far off it's difficult for me to be sure what is happening with work so it may be me with problems :eh:

Maybe we wait for a bit near the time then and see what pans out.

I dont want to hold it up for the others. If the 13th suits everyone please go ahead. Maybe I come straight from Brighton to Wrotham after a massive English breakfast ;-)

I shall come this time! Gutted that i found out about the first ride after i booked my paintballing spot. Paintballing was much worse than i thought. Cannot enjoy it if you bring less than 70 odd quid on the day. Had to make do with 400 paintballs (20 quid) and the 200 i picked up off the floor. Could have bought myself some bits for the bike instead of paying for all of that :( :(
