Hi, I am organising an off-road cycling time-trial on 9th Nov just putting it out there for interested mtb riders.

ROC Challenge at Foxhall Stadium, Ipswich, starts at 10am. The course is fast and mixed terrain (13 x 3.5km loops = 45.5km or 28 miles) including woodland, gravel, grass + speedway track.

All riders taking part will be chip-timed and receive a medal - all levels welcome. There will also be a running version of the event starting at 2pm (if you fancy this too?)
