I've mentioned Brechfa forest to a few people. http://www.bikebrechfa.co.uk/biketrails.htm It's off the end of the M4 so is about an hour further then Afan (my parents live that way) so if you're thinking of a trip that way it looks like it will be worth a visit. I probably won't be over that way until around Christmas so some feedback would be good!
