Do the runs have 'official' names ? i've heard a few people call them different things, and the guys i ride with are very technical and refer to them along the lines of "lets go left then through the middle....? " in reality that translates to just bomb down and see where you go  we pretty much do different lines every time

so what are the names, i reckon there are about 6 different lines when you go in from the very top to left then another in to the left further down the track and the rooty xc style one to the right that is now out of bounds for bikes according to the signs :?:

Yeah..its easy to get confused, I still dont know all the permutations.

I took my head cam the other day and had to give the resulting files names. So this is what I call them....

Main. This is the main run that most use, more or less going straight with lots of steep ups and downs.

Car Park. This is the one that leads to the car park and has the steep rooty drop, this has a few variations.

Berm. This is the one that branches off right and starts with the berms but joins up with the 2nd half of the Main run.

Jump. This starts of as the main run but branches off right and ends up with the two small jumps and then onward to the tabletop.

I need to visit more and work out some of the variations.

The hard left at the top with the switchback berms is often called the rollercoaster ?

i 'spose you can really only count the entries to each trail as they all pretty much criss cross further down toward the bomb holes

from left to right on the main run in hard left at top around the berm

1) the trail with switch back berms at the top leading tot eh fast long straight to the bomb holes and two routes out the other side
2) the trail with big kicker at the top followed by the nice step down onto a long fast straight that verges right to the 3 table tops and into the bomb holes
3) the trail that follows the right most line of these 3 that runs down across all the table tops to the right of the bomb holes
4) the trail where you go straight across at the top instead of left around the berm, leading you through the meeting area and then cuts back left to meet up with the 1) and 2) above?
5) the trail on the left a little further down that leads straight into a few kickers (bush jump area) and then into the ski-jump / ditch jump / etc depending on which line you take at the top

jeez i'm gettting confused now !

Left left is "berm run" switch back berm leads to big bomb hole

left right left is "laguna seca" or "cork screw" leads to big bombhole

left right right is "pump run" leads over all the little tables and the big table down the bottom.

right left is "ad's drop" due to my mate riding down the first drop on his face. leads through the biggest bombhole

there is straight down the main path towards the house "car park run"

down the main path then as it goes left take the 2nd exit which is a jump to left through bomb hole then cut right through tree's, down the rooty drop, carve round the tree hip and then across the path and do the hip/gap and on to the car park "new run"

those are the main ones we do

happy to walk people through them. it's a shame you can't see the runs on a satellite photo i could pick them out.

Heres my tracking using Sports Tracker although its a bit 'messy' and cant really identify runs.
