It supposed to be a test of decent bikes, by someone who can actually ride, at Cannock Chase.

Trailer looks kinda promising, but Ill believe it when I see the feature as gag show stuff is usually naff - could be worth checking out over an evening cuppa

If this not been on Dec MBUK mag had a bit with Doddy and that Jason Bradbury.
There is a url if not the same one tonight.

Did that Jason guy even have a clue what he was talking about,!!

Well that was dull

The gadget show is fekkin awful televison, No Doddy, Jason Bradbury was in the studio and not at cannock so that improved the review. They reviewed and raced mud vehicles recently , comparing bikes/scooters/wheelbarrows. Suzi Perry finished the race with the handlebars the wrong way after crashing a mtb, so at least none of the 'presenters' were there for this one.

2 riders picked their favourites out of a very nice selection of 2.5-6k bikes, they decided which one went downhill quickest was best so he rode an orange and a trek remedy down the trail. The orange was less than 2 seconds quicker, which he lost on a terrible start. So the orange rider picked the orange as the best bike.

Aye - it was never going to be great - however if you did watch it and have never been to Cannock you might have noticed that the trails they showed flow really nicely.

Its like that the whole way round and well worth checking out.

Don't know why I was expecting better but it was rather poor.

However it did get me thinking how much I want to get out this year and ride some more trails. Doing all this jump stuff is fun but the clips of Cannock did get me pining for trails that last more than 20 to180 seconds.
