 Post subject: Missing a front wheel over at Thorndon country car park?

While over there this afternoon riding up to the north entrance gate i noticed a mountainbike wheel sitting on the side of the road, handed it into the forest center....some ones going to have fun on there next ride.

I'm guessing that he took the wheels off and placed there againest the car before putting the frame in...and then drove off. i know most people of here park at the go karting track but if anyone is missing a wheel you nowknow where to look

Happened to me at Thetford once, put the bike on a bike rack on the back of a mates car, got to the campsite and no front wheel. Drove back and found it in a ditch roadside.

Did the same with my helmet and gloves up at epping last week. Took them off round the side of the van, loading the bike in the back then jumped in and drove off! Gutted cos they were both fairly new aswell.

Yeah but!!! It was dark, they were muddy and I was with the dog who was trying to escape! Lol
