Only just found this out so sorry if its old news but Privateer is no longer going to be doing a print magazine. Its by far the best bike magazine out its not full of junk like dirt or mbuk its just stories about people riding their bikes in amazing places. The photos were always amazing the journalism was always just as good. Its such a shame when a product stops running and the lesser more "mainstream" ones stay. I only assume the £10 price tag put a lot of people off it.

If you never normally pick this magazine up I suggest you do so (normally at your local smiths) as this month there is a really good interview with Martyn Ashton

Yes, the £10 a time is rather steep for a mag. Especially when there are so many options around the £4.50 mark.

I'd never heard of it..I buy Dirt, but there are so many (free) online mags such as Decline, IMB, etc that its hard to keep up with them all.

To be honest with print getting more and more expensive a good quality magazine like Privateer does start to cost more than a few quid. That said the quality of the magazine in terms of design and writing more than makes it worth the price. Like i said if you can see this issue on your travels pick up it - as it also features a good interview on Joe Barnes
