Urge are not to everyones taste but how about the endur-o-matic. Got one last year and its light, got good ventilation and I use it all year round cycling back and forward to work and never get too hot. Good for trail riding as well as its got a low back meaning you use goggles for cool points.

CRC £116.99 & used my CRC voucher!, super light , attachment for a camera & gel strip instead of the usual pad! my last lid was a Endur-o-Matic great lids & very light, comfortable! also never had any over heating problems! Used to get warm when riding in the sun all day 35 plus miles! MET runs very cool proper good build quality!
