Sunday was good very well organised.
nice to go for a ride about in london really
richmond park was pretty awesome a good place to get some miles in.

My mate is always on about richmond park! is it all on road there?

There are some dirt jumps at Teddington Lock. My mate rides off road from Richmond to there sometimes I think. Pretty tame but nice scenery and a few pub stops.

It is a nice place to go for a cycle there is no extreming to be done though
