Me, Ben, Matt and of course the camera girl Sian went to Towerlands BMX track for a play around.

It's the first time i have been on a full size bmx track since Eastway back in the 90's!

Tiring but brilliant fun.
Teaches you a lot about pumping and keeping momentum.

Cool ride.... and ahhh yes, the joy of sponsored bling. I was just as bad once, and chance to wear it and look the part lol

Do you not find BMX tracks get boring after a bit though? Used to with me when we trained at the one at Braintree... But yeah, good way to learn rhythm.

Was there for about 4-5 hours and didn't get bored.
unless you are at pro level then i don't see how you can be bored

Yeah you can just roll up and go ride
you have to park on the corner of the road next to the sign and then walk across the car park but it is legit.

Nothing like a testing session as that was the first ride on the new bike with the new kit and it felt awesome!!

Really fun afternoon riding and really good training!!
