Cheers Adam, took a shoulder slam today so fingers crossed Ok for the weekend. Will be truly pissed off if it messes up the weekend

Just had a chat with Adam. Shoulder is aching like F;~#K today and struggling with it tbh. Given my disclocated shoulder history I am going to do the sensible thing and bail out. Gutted, but sensible head is screaming at me!!

If anyone wishes to take my place post up or PM Adam (Northern), if no taker I will of course stump up monies to cover my uplift places for the weekend.

In true essexherts fashion we have a man down before we even get there! Healing vibes Grin. Adam have a chat with Evil Nigel if you now need to rethink lifts as Im not sure he has mentioned how he is getting down there and we are max capacity in the burger van.

Triscombe tip - the uplift is a bit - er basic.....so bring an old tube and some zippies to protect ur paint on the top tube

Saw that a couple of guys had the paint wrecked on their Sessions at the weekend. Helicopter tape will stop that, or just go for the ghetto look!

Still waiting to hear back on what overnight gear we need to bring - will post up later if/when I get a reply but guess it will be sleeping matts / sleeping bags / bedding/ torch

Duncan will take us to and pick us up from a local pub for Saturday night so should be well set up for food and drink and we've got cooked breakfast on sunday morning layed on
