 Post subject: Going slack and then back if you have a 1.5 head tube

So if you boys ever felt like slacking out for the alps and then winding it back in for the local stuff this could be ideal

Seems to allow 6 different head angle adjustments between -1.5 and +1.5 deg as long as ur running a 1.5. One for Chesh and Tranny I think
