I've been using strava since I got my own bike, was using my sons bike at first. It's free although there is a premium version too something I don't see any benefit in for me. It does all your looking for. It's really useful seeing your progress I have a circuit that I do once a week and so far I've had a week on week improvement. The section times are good fun too. Just gutted the nights are drawing in now, think the flab will be back!

Oh and make you set set a zone around your home on the app so people are not getting a direct map to your house! My boy pointed it out to me as I was starting the app on my drive.

Ok I'll try the strava one I heard some bad review about it but I thought I would ask on here first. I've never used one for cycling b4 so dunno what to expect.
