Like it, even if its just for a safe place to store the phone while riding, putting it in the backpack is dodgey, one if you tend to land on your back or if your zips come loose...... bye bye iphone!
Good find. lets see if we can find a cheaper version??

Cool.. I was thinking about something like this (although I'm pretty happy with my 808 HD Cam velcroed to my helmet).

Havnt got an iPhone though, a windows HTC so would need some 'bodging', might contemplate trying to make something for my return visit to Morzine.

I like it very much. Far cheaper than a purpose built camera. Shame the iPhone 5 is out next month and probably won't fit.....

Well.. I bought one and after much hacking n slashing my HTC fitted.

It was a bit of a pain, I had to move the fish eye lens and the first time I went to use it, it fell off !

So I carried on anyway, but it was very difficult to get the filming to start, the strap covers up much of the screen, however I filmed a run down Pleney, Morzine and it looked quite good (in fact I believe better without the fish eye lens), unfortunatly my helmet strap was flapping around so the view was crap.

I also noticed that the phone was hitting the top of my arm, didnt notice much at the time but its left a big bruise.

So all in all, it may work well for iphone as I believe you can stop and start the recording easier, you may wish to ditch the fish eye lens (you can unscrew the top and remove the lenses).

I may give it another go and try and modify the straps.
