Checking out the old haunts nick :mrgreen:

....just been to the physio and she has just told me it will be 6 weeks before i can fully ride :sick:

But i will start with Belhus next week hopefully....to see how it goes....... :shh:

I do the loop every couple of months mate, just to give my legs a stretch...
