Bit short notice but I'm going to be doing the Enfield Island Village to Canary Wharf tow path route.

Me and a work colleague will be leaving about 5:40 from innova business park and hitting the tow path at Enfield Island village, all in route is about 28 miles of tow path, joggers, walkers, stupid earphone wearing pedestrians and general people along the tow path... Nice leg stretch and easily done in under 2hrs ( I have )

All welcome to come along, I can even get you parking permit at my work place if your driving down.
