It was a great ride yes and I am *ok* after the high speed faceplant :) My mum wouldn't think I'm ok if she saw me but it looks a little worse than it is....

Thanks to all the guys out yesterday for looking after me so well, it was very much appreciated. I'll be out again once I can actually move my body and work out how to use brakes....
