Epping is great fun in the dry as the trails flow well, in the wet however is another matter!

They are all good but different, you'll need to go with a group ride to get the best out of each of them.

We have a ride in Thorndon Saturday mornings at 9am setting off from the Kart Track carpark, your welcome to come along.

Depends what you want to do really.
Danbury = playground jumpy dh stuff.
Epping loads of ST but hard to find yer way around if you dont know the place. Downhill uphill hard work but worth it.
Thorndon flatter , flowy not very techy (unless you pop over the road to warley gap) but still fun and a nice cafe at the end.Parking £2

Hi Damo, Yes I'm out and the knee seems be improving.

It looks as though it may be a bit damp at kick-off.
