 Post subject: Flitch Way leg stretch

Right... I feel like a nice looooooooong bike ride on Sunday, so fancy doing the flitch way from Braintree to Stansted and back, and incorporate notley park as well, so all in should be about 40'ish miles :-)

Not any technical stuff here but a good stamina ride to build you up distance wise, nice long drawn out hills to get ya puffing.

Take it as training for the south downs ride.... :-)

Parking at Braintree station is 50p all day....
