Just done the belhus loop today, feel much better now the legs have been stretched, But watch out when you go through Berwick woods a bloody great Alsatian was chasing me with no owner in site

it looked liked it got out from a scrap yard....you have been warned..... :shifty:

Was a cold one 2day ay! i need to get some leg warmers asap was freezing on the ride home :shock:

Yes it was, cleaning the bike was a real poo job today, hands freezing with the hoze. Still it was a good ride

Did near as dam it 32 mile today in just under 3 hours (if non stop), and some parts were barely ridable... But that was epic, and plays some real mind games.

Lets see if someone will join me next time
