It's getting cold and damp now but I'll still be out tomorrow night if anybody wants to join in.

Will be setting off from Bannatynes Gym at 19:30.

You'll need lights - no lights and you may find it hard to keep up...

It's about 20 miles, mostly gravel track or concrete wall (along the Thames).

Hope to see you there

I'm not out, going to swap brakes on the HT, which involves cutting and bleeding and stuff.
Be careful dave, its will be slippery!

Hello ,Its me the one that slowed you down and slid up your rear end last week.
Will try and get there but finish work at 5.30 and get home by 6.00pm and a struggle to get there for 7.30.
But it was great fun and looking forward to another two days of stiff legs and walking funny.
Not bad effort for you to get round in 2 hours (20miles)
Bob

Will not stop me I am like a magnet to other bikes.(Is your bike female as my is areal stud).
Was thinking of riding my Bighit but I think its a bit heavy to take on a 20 mile flat run.
If it is foggy at least you will not see me.
Any idea how Davy Downs is have not been over they in the last week.the river was flood in the Ingrebourne valley early this week.
If you have time I could show you the other ends woods etc. Put another 20mins on at the most.
Also a route by passing the path at the lake .bit different.

How often are you out riding the valley-regular times. Keep an eye open for you.
Have you been to Rush green/Eastbrook park been good lots of variable tracks if you look for them.
