Nick wants to do it back to front... so this week we'll be setting off from the gym, head down to the river, through Purfleet, along the Thames to Rainham, through Rainham Country Park, through Hornchurch Country Park, into Belhus Country Park, through Ockendon and back to the gym.

Start Time: 19:30h
End Time: Depends on how my legs are... normally back by 22:00h

It's very flat, but not too fast and normally dry

All most welcome - Bannatynes gym postcode is RM16 6YJ

LIGHTS WILL HELP

Was considering venturing down to the north downs tomorrow for a check on how muddy it is, the fellas from nirvana cycles said its running ok, so depending on if I hurt myself or not I'll be along :D Anyone's welcome if they feel up for joining me otherwise should see ya weds night.. On a plus side instead of climbing past Marley tiles we can fly down from the playing field to the mardyke way on way back to Davey down..

This will be cool....... Apart from the climb up that steep hill in Hornchurch country park, that's gonna sting.

:high5: sorry stumpie that last word was meant to be stumpie not stimulus . :) my mate wants to come out too but like me he doesn't have any good night lights yet if I were to borrow stumpies could anyone else lend him a separate set for the ride? I know it's a big ask but he really wants to join us and would happily pay with chocolate lol.cheers

This sounds tempting. and as I only live 5mins from the gym its the perfect meet for me, so might tag along at the back if its ok?

ain't been out for a while though so legs might not cope too well.

North shore -low branch- rotten rail -splash up to my neck in bog /water.
Long ride home smelly and soaked.
On the night shifts nexy cou[le of weeks so not around in evening .
