Lol....have only fallen off once and that was on a cycle path at night when the chain came off - couldn't get the cleat out quick enough!! It was worthy of £250 from You've Been Framed!! Laughed it off, sorted then chain and rode off.

I should be.. hope to have a bstard light rather than the candles I currently have...

I'll probably do the same as last week - leave Bannatyne's around 7pm, aim to be back about 9pm but could run on a little!

No problem - the big loop is a fairly easy ride - the high number of miles makes it sound harder than it is!
