Should be out Wed night for the local loop for anybody in the Thurrock area (or further away) that wants to stretch their legs, take a jaunt through the woods across Rainham marsh along the Thames under the QE2 bridge and finish up at the Procter & Gamble factory / St Clements Church.

We'll set off from Bannatyne's gym at 19:30 sharp... should be back to the gym by about 21:30.

You'll need lights (bloody bright ones if you have them). The route isn't muddy so all tyres will be happy!

It's supposed to rain right up to 1800...

The route isn't affected by the rain really, so providing it isn't bucketing down I'll still be at the gym for 19:15 so we can head off by 19:30.
