This is the biggest issue in my opinion.

This is the biggest issue in my opinion.

And not just the "which way to go now" signage, the "your gonna kill yourself if you attempt this" signs.

Again on Sunday seeing people riding without helmets, on reasonably nice bikes, you would think they should know better? I did say at the time it needs wardens or some kind of screening to stop "stupid" hapening.

Some features have gates and signs, others dont, the main culprit is as Dave pointed out, Triple trouble, head out of the cafe and straight into a olympic grade drop.
Its gonna end in tears.

What happened to the regular progress blog updates on the Hadleigh MTB club website? Last one was in November...
Is there any other "official" source of information?

I think the 'official' source of info is Hadleigh Farm and they don't launch until the end of the month.

Not sure why Hadleigh MTB have gone quiet though? They are perfectly active on Facebook.

First time for me being there but I liked it a lot and will be definitely coming back often as its quite local to me.
Signage and the tiny loose stones on the track are the biggest issues for me like everyone else here noticed.
Ah and the walls of the tunnels why are they made so slippery?
Coffee was good and the place definitely has great potential.

All points raised here seem spot on!

One incident I was told was some of the staff interested in our "feedback".

The Helmet problem was raised and the reply was "we don't like to single people out" !

That screams out the possibility of stuff not very knowledgeable when it comes to even the basics of cycling!

As mentioned before ranger using petrol leaf blower to clean up the chalk on switch backs!
SMOKE SCREEN!

As MR Vanders pointed out 999 on speed dial! ( sandals, no lids , £5 MTB ,walking up trail wrong way!) spells disaster!

5 years down the line let's see where we are with it!
Nice to have something local to play on , but much prefer my local NATURAL trails! Worth remembering that we live in Essex so best of jumping in the car 1:20mins over to SH for proper bit of MTBing

They asking for feedback, Has anyone sent these points over?

A membership card could be idea like Bedgebury. Rase money for maintenance, new features & Free parking.

Now we got Hadleigh don't want to lose it.

Yep have to agree with a lot of what has been said. Went for the first time monday (did not break leg) and found myself heading the wrong way just after the section going over the tunnel. A couple nice little challenges (for me), would hope people walk them first if unsure!

Army xc race today was good, couple of the more technical rocky descents didn't get used, probably a wise choice with the range of skill on show. Witnessed a lot of front tyre wash outs, some due to lose surface and some due to lack of skill/tired riders. Only 1 ambulance called for a guy that bit the dust and knocked out some teeth. Hope he is ok.
