Hi All

Katie (new to the forum) and I are looking to go out on Saturday morning, ideally Epping or Thorndon - is anyone planning to go? Seems Epping might be boggy but Thorndon less so.....

Let me know if anyone's up for it.

I might be up for coming but havnt a clue about routes around Epping or Thorndon so would need somone to navigate.. Also what sort of mileage are you expecting to do?

Not sure about mileage but can also only go if one if the master navigators is going as I don't know my way around thorndon yet and never been to Epping.

Will see if others plan to go...

How early would you need to ride for epping ? I don't mind guiding but I work nights...

Im happy to go anytime. i dont want to go to bigger distance tho to be honest as im only just getting into it and am super unfit...

I don't mind so much what time I go - have to be back in London for 5ish is the only thing really....

I'm usualy about sat am but not this week.was out in Epping tonight and its drying rapidly,should be good for weekend!

I should be around for a ride sat am gentle suits me as i have a long road ride sunday

Epping will be good by the weekend. Was out this AM. Still some boggy bits but they can be easily avoided and may well be gone in the next few days.

Sarah 11 would be good but I can make 10am at the tea hut...Nick is doing my forks tomorrow and my New rear derailleur and hanger should arrive Thursday... I will post up Friday to confirm the bike is ready....yeah Neil won't be a mad one

Hey ninja might sound a stupid question but any idea on what sort of mileage your looking at? Even if it's a rough idea. Don't really wana get left behind or drag u down as such.

Hi tomibiza, not sure on mileage but I'm not planning on making it uncomfortable for anybody... We will ride in a sort of loop so we won't be to far away at any onetime from the car park....Should be a nice day with the weather so let's make it more social for whoever turns up....

Hey all - a mate of mine and I are heading up to Epping on early trains from Islington. Should be there by 8am or so and keen for a good 3 hour mission - might bump into you lot!

Just to check... Are we saying Thorndon at 11? Think it's Ninja's call cos he's the one with the navigational brain....
