Last weeks ride was very cool with 10 of us in total.

This week if you fancy coming along you are most welcome. We'll set off as normal from Bannatynes Gym (Howard Rd, Chafford Hundred RM16 6YJ) at 19:30 but may not do the full loop as there are some sections around Thurrock that are fun to explore.

The ride will still be 60 to 90 mins and will be open to all abilities.

Remember you'll need lights - no need for damn bright ones now but you still need them.

The terrain is a mix of road, trail & wooded areas.

Any questions just ask,

Stumpie

If you havent had a go on her already you are welcome to, just be careful how you swing your leg over and how you pump as there is a lot of undamped bounce :lolno:

its 1 x 10 with a narrow wide on the front and 42T on the rear now :-)

For the Thurrock loop? In Bannatynes car-park... they have lights and security and everything...

Never had a problem before!
