I've only ridden Epping once before and I'm probably heading over there tomorrow after work for a few hours with some friends. Can anyone advise a half decent XC route that might be straightforward to follow? A couple of guys are very new to MTB'ing so it would be good to know the location of some 'fun' downhills that aren't too technical etc.

I have only gone once to epping forest and I just went north uphill and descended to the south, let me know if you fancy a ride one day, I usually go on weekends

I know a few loops round Epping, all very tame but fun happy to show you round.
