Been off the bike for a while as well although not for health reasons. managed to loose 1/2 a stone since xmas mainly through not eating crap between meals. Along with work and weather getting in the way a lack of enthusiasm is a problem, the bike needs looking at, replaced the drive train in the autumn as it had damage/worn out bits and now have rattles and poor shifting. Fed up with supposed mechanics looking at it and not fixing it. Hope your on the mend soon bob

Hi all still suffering .Painkillers. cannot lift my arms up to shoulder height . Funny -I have to put my hand on a wall and walk my hand up it and push with other hand to get it up to 11.00 oclock .. (right arm )Left arm not much better . Joints hurt . Muscle hurts . (Wasting away.) I get a good day on pain killers and then the next more agony. Not much fun . Surprised I have actually been racing . MSG CARVER BARRACKS then the Sherwood Pines Nat. Not promising .
