Hi folks,

I used to be a very regular mountain biker up until about 10yrs ago and am looking for any groups who ride in the South/West Essex region (I live in Grays).

Brentwood is fairly close by so that'd be ideal, but am open to suggestions!

Although I ride a bike approaching classic status and my skills are a little rusty my fitness is still fair so hopefully would be able to fit into most group rides.

Please do let me know; I'd be very grateful to learn some new routes.
