Something silly to get you started...

I'm sporting the latest in cyclist fashion this week; a perfectly formed set of grease infected chainring teeth mark cuts on my lower calf muscle after an idiotic speed hump jump on the way to work this morning.

I have a lovely pedal strike that looks like a dog bite after cassing road gap at porc!

I went over the bars today at 0.46mph...stupid stupid stack...nutsy had 1 also but a tad faster and a lot funnier to watch..Z

This is my third week off my bike because of a tree that jump out at me , they say another three weeks before getting on a bike , the hospital calls it a slap shoulder , three cuts and a two hour op
