So have you read it- what did you think?

I for one liked it and like the way they covered the positive psychology theory of flow whilst also talking about get inch faster on a bike. I know the psychology bit behind it well and have always thought mountain biking is the best option available to me in life to get into that zone.

On the getting faster on bike part - I really liked the part about avoiding collisions ( every root being a mini collision). Goes against the traditional view of you being faster if your wheels are on the ground. Like the idea of using airtime or manuals to minimise the impact of all those little collisions to make you faster.

Anyone else read it?

I read this.
was interesting hearing a perspective on how to get down a hill faster, think bigger than just the technical aspect of what is in front of you.
something you only really pick up over time i expect

Worth a read then - remember BMX tracks are smooth!

Bmx tracks are fun!

this article references jumping over obstacles rather than trying to bounce smoothly over them etc
