Just thought I'd poll a bit of opinion on nice locations to visit in the French/Swiss Alps this summer.

I've been going to Les Arcs for the last few years mainly due to the fact that a mate has been working out there with trail Addiction which made trips out easier/cheaper but I'm looking to go somewhere different this summer.

Looking for companies similar to TA in locations where the emphasis is on epic back country riding rather than bike parks.

I'm already looking at Bike Verbier on personal recommendation but thought it would be worth seeing if any of you guys had had some good experiences with any particular resorts/companies?

I've only ever been to Morzine/Les Gets, which is of course a bit cliche and mostly DH (or DH gets all the attention at least), but there are various longer XC/Trails routes if you are adventurous, you can of course head towards Chatel/Morgins/Champery and up over into Switzerland.

Dirt mag (and some of the other mags but i dont really read them) often have articles on various places other than Morzine and Whistler, the current Dirt has a feature on Jarvso in Sweden (although it looks mostly jump park/DH).

when I last went to Chamonix we did a bit of exploring with the locals brilliant trail riding to be found.

Such cool scenary !
