Hi just joined ready to do some miles allways rode but not in a club iam 49 and live in Essex not far from Danbury, so if any one wants to get out on the bikes message me

I'm local and get out and about round Danbury and the local areas, if you just want to much miles then you cant get much better than the canal path along from papermill lock to chelmsford or Maldon?

Loads of trails around the local woods but be careful as some are off limits to us bikey types.

Hi i am in south woodham know Danbury well grew up there,
i am 48 not that fit at the moment but want to get fitter as used to be a few years back
so wanting to get a few miles in my legs.

Cheers surfbum for the tips yes done the walks around the canals yes I will have a go around there on the bike and Danbury common. Harry what bike have you got ?

Vitus Escarpe 29er

Just bought a voodoo bizango 29er hows you on the road ? harry

Not too bad for full suspension lol its better than i expected

How do you like your 29er ,less nimble but smoothes out the trail

Smooth ride handles great not realy done hard trails yet ,29er tyres great thou ,do you get out much harry ?

Do a weekend ride 2-3 hours and try to get out 1-2 evenings for a hour or so depends how tired i am after work would like to get out more and for longer ,how about you .

Same here work hard ,when I get in iam knackerd ,week ends good yeh let me no when you get out I meet you on the road or off road
