Striped the frame down, just need to wallop out the headcup races and press out the bearings and i'll drop it off for paint on Friday but what colour ???

Should i stick to the original transition colours for this frame/year (they do a rather nice green LOL)

Choose an upto date transition colour ?

paint it something completely different ? most parts are black to be fair apart from the Renthal bars and the gold lock on's (grips are black)

totally undecided, quite like a bright yellow, or bright green but also like dark grey but i know i don't want Blue or Red, well at least i dont think i do :crazy:

any suggestions...

Yep, Commencal blue would look nice..

I still think the lairy yellow (or the modern lemon lime colour you mentioned) would look great with all the black parts..
I think the grey dark colours, whilst probably looking good, would be doing an injustice to the frame.. (unless, as James commented last night), lairy stickers over the dark paint would work?

Has it got to be a flat colour?
Like this red\wine colour this is not a red red if you know what I mean.
Look cool with gold bits.

If going for old flat paint Pepper Mint Green this was carpaln paint but sure Halfords would have in range

I have a thing for powder coating frames white then i choose the parts to add colour .. would show a pic of the last one i had done but unsure how lol.

That red above is called Candy brandy wine, i doubt very much i'd have a 'flat colour' unless it was very bright. Still unsure about the Blue and cant do the gum wall thing as i have two new high rollers to go on.

Going to drop into essexpowdercoating on the A127 (Blinking Owl cafe) on Fri and see what they can do as its local, if they're naff i'll pop over to Vulcan Engineering on cranes farm as i've had stuff done by them before, but open to other offers !!!

Either gun metal grey or you could go old school and get it chrome dipped (Not sure how much weight that would add though)
