At what size does a small bump requiring only slow speed compression become a square edged bump requiring fast speed compression?

Its more about the speed of the shock movement rather than the size of the obstacle ur hitting. A HSC circuit can open up when hitting a small bump fast.

What are you trying to dial in?

Was just wondering about all these settings and stuff and when I hit a jump the other night that wasn't even big at all it felt like the front shock extended really quick making it feel like the back was kicking up really hard but it's not the back is Dialled in smooth the front still needs to be set just right after I fiddled with it and on reading up was curious about what dictates a square bump?

I thought that as long as shocks are set correct all bumps can be jumps!
