Hello. My Halo Spin Doctor Pro hub needs servicing. The drive ring is worn down and needs replacing. However it needs a Drive Ring tool to remove. This tool seems to be out of stock everywhere for the foreseeable future. Anybody know any shop or mechanic that does servicing of Halo wheels, ideally in the North London area? Best regards.

Do you mean the cassette needs replacing, if so you need a chain whip, plenty of them for sale.

No. The freehub body pawls are slipping on the internal drive ring . This ring is replaceable along with the pawls but it needs to be unscrewed using a special 30-spline tool similar to a freewheel removal tool. The alternative is a new wheel. Or new hub plus wheel build.

These guys in Loughton sell it so why not give them a buzz to see if their workshop can sort the wheel?
