Akif, do you know the good stuff? I'm just starting back out on riding after being incapacitated for 8 weeks due to a broken ankle so will need a sedate pace.

Duck, I haven't been riding with essexherts since last year unfortunately. It'll be a moderate pace, of course, I need to get back on my bike again too

. Been riding there many times, wouldn't be able to lead though.

Oh right, I'm trying to build up my fitness and strength before heading to the Surrey Hills towards the end of the Month. I wouldn't be any use leading as I've only been to Epping once and got totally lost and ended up in Loughton High Road pretty much.

I think we started out wrong by heading away from the M25 from Karls Tea Hut instead of towards it down the Hill.

Oh don't worry, I've done that loads of times. It's still early, someone will post up at some point who can lead I assure you. Worst comes to worst, I'll lead. I'm not that bad, I remember patches of the area, not full trails

I've got a brand new Garmin and have no idea of routes and maps so we'll have to follow the arrow and that's all :eh:

Hi, I was thinking of making something 4th morning. Am getting my front wheel back since I went OTB last weekend and buckled it. What sort of time are you thinking? I don't know too much of the decent trails in Epping, but I'll give most things a go.
